Kelsey Trevino

Meet Kelsey Trevino, RN, injector and owner of Aesthetics Ave. Born and raised right here in Midland, TX, Kelsey has been a dedicated nurse injector since 2019. After earning her Associates Degree in Nursing from Midland College in 2018, she quickly pursued her passion for aesthetics, becoming certified in injectables, such as neurotoxins and dermal fillers and laser treatments.

With six years of experience in the aesthetics industry, Kelsey stays at the forefront of the latest techniques through continuous education and advanced training. Her true passion? Helping clients feel like the most beautiful version of themselves!

When she’s not enhancing natural beauty in the office, Kelsey loves spending time with her husband Gage and their adorable 2-year-old son, Kyler. She also enjoys traveling and making special memories with family and friends.

Hayley Dickson

Meet Hayley Dickson, manager and owner of Aesthetics Ave. Hayley was born and raised in Odessa, Texas, and has been passionate about aesthetics since entering the industry in 2019. She is a certified ZO Skin Health expert, dedicated to helping clients achieve radiant, healthy skin through personalized skincare solutions.

A proud graduate of Odessa High School’s Class of 1996, Hayley furthered her education at both Odessa College and Midland College.

Outside of work, Hayley has been happily married since 2005 and loves spending time with her beloved pets—two doodles, Finnley and Fletcher, and her cat, Charlee.

Jeff Dickson

Meet Jeff Dickson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C. Jeff is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, with a passion for providing exceptional patient care. Originally from Odessa, Texas, Jeff began his career in emergency services with the Midland Fire Department in 1999, where he currently serves as a Battalion Chief.

While working in emergency response, Jeff pursued his nursing education, earning his Associate Degree in Nursing from Midland College. He went on to work as an ER nurse for 11 years while furthering his education, obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University and his Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner certification from the University of Texas at Arlington.

With extensive experience in emergency medicine and patient care, Jeff is committed to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. Jeff heads our weight management program and screens all new patients. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, spending time with family and friends, and practicing jiu-jitsu.
