Himalayan Heart Shaped Stone –  The 100% natural and raw Himalayan crystal salt massage stone is a wonderful alternative to other massage/spa treatment stones. It contains 84 naturally occurring minerals to nourish your body. Its trace mineral content and very gently exfoliating surface help balance the pH of the skin, provide a source of minerals, and help relax and detoxify. Freeze or heat the stone and feel the tension melt away. Can also be used as a deodorant/cleansing bar. These massage stones are exfoliating, mineralizing and gently detoxifying providing the ultimate, deep relaxation your body craves.

Use: As a deodorant, wet stone and apply thoroughly to desired areas. Dry stone when finished.

As an exfoliating scrub, rub the dry stone gently over the desired areas of the body you want to exfoliate. The stone will leave a fine layer of salt on the skin. NOTE: Wait a few hours after shaving to avoid any possible stinging.

Freeze the stone and apply to any areas of the body for a cooling sensation.

For a warming sensation, heat the stone and apply to any desired areas of the body. Place the stone on a small baking sheet and warm in a 200-degree oven, or warm in a pan over a burner. Caution: stone will heat quickly on a burner. When the stone is warm (not hot), apply to the body. Be careful not to heat the stone too much to guard against burning. The use of oven mittens is recommended.
