Mr. Tom’s Certified Sugar-Free Gin is made with a variety of woodland spices. Juniper and wildflowers envelop the nose, with a very dry taste. Though it begins with a very mild hint of flavor, the effect is unleashed when it fully covers the mouth with slightly spicy lemon and a touch of earthy floral notes. The finish is tight and long, with the mild heat of coriander and juniper and balanced citrus notes. Excellent in cocktails both classic and contemporary.
