Outlaw Ministries
Brother Ray Pringle, Sr., affectionately known as "The Outlaw Preacher," spent over 50 years boldly proclaiming God's Word with humility and insight. His prophetic insights and Bible teaching topics inspired believers worldwide and left a profound legacy.
Brother Pringle was a dedicated servant of God raised in a faith-filled home with strong Christian values. His family background included generations of believers, providing a solid foundation for his spiritual journey.
From an early age, Brother Pringle felt a divine calling. Before his birth, God spoke to his mother informing her that she would have a son that would be used mightily by the Lord and instructed her to raise him with discipline and godliness for his future role as a prophet.
He accepted Christ at a young age and committed significant portions of the Bible to memory. In his twenties, God informed him that he would need to memorize at least 600 chapters before the Lord would allow him to start preaching. This demanding task included him acquiring a deep understanding of God’s Word, which came through relentless study and frequent revelations from the Lord.
By his late twenties, Brother Pringle had completed this goal, went on to memorize the entire Bible, and developed an exceptional understanding of the scriptures. As an example, he spent 20 years studying the Word for God to give him understanding of the topic “The Bride of Christ”. Over these 20 years the Lord would reveal the meaning of the scriptures related to this topic piece by piece as Brother Pringle poured over God’s Word, fasting and praying every month for more revelations from God. Driven relentlessly by the Holy Ghost, he preached and taught extensively, often sharing messages for 290 days a year.
At 80, he was called home, leaving behind a rich legacy of teachings and insights. His audio and written works inspire believers worldwide and reflect his deep understanding of the Scriptures. Now we can all benefit from what God did through this man’s life and what he, via the Lord, left for us to study and understand. Below is a quote from Brother Pringle in one of his newsletters.
“I'm not apologetic, but dogmatic for sound doctrine; especially Holiness, True Repentance, and Fearing God! I am a man sent from God the Father to declare the doctrine of Christ. I'm a Jesus man - but I'm not a "Jesus Only" man. I speak the truth, and I do not, nor will I apologize for the sound doctrine I teach and preach which has turned thousands to Christ's righteousness. After over 50 years of much fasting, prayer, study of God's Word, visions and revelations of the Holy Ghost, and much experience, I am dead certain that I teach the Truth, the whole Truth, and nothing but the Truth! If I didn’t, I could not be God's servant and true prophet.”
ROBERT B. HICKS
Robert Hicks is an experienced and hardened soldier of Jesus Christ, called and chosen for conflict and spiritual warfare! 2 Tim. 2:1-5 KJV; Psalm 94:16 KJV He is the Founding Chairman and President of Outlaw Ministries, an Ordained Minister, and has been involved in the work of the ministry for over 30 years. Robert graduated from the Bible School of Prophecy (“School of The Prophets”) under the tutelage of the teachings of a true prophet of God, Brother Ray Pringle, Sr. During this time, he has taught and trained many in the Word of God; set up and ran Home Churches for over 25 years; was a Board Member and Preacher for Brother Pringle’s Ministry and Church over many years and has put much time in the study of God’s Word, praying and fasting every month, ministering to those in need, and developing platforms for ministry expansion. In addition, Brother Hicks is an experienced businessman, with over 30 years of experience, including many years in the investment real estate sector, and currently runs his own international financial trading and consulting firm to help fund the ministry.

Kimberly Hicks is a faithful servant of Jesus Christ, a virtuous Proverb 31 women, and mighty helpmeet to her husband Robert. Prov. 31 b KJV As a Founding Member and Secretary of Outlaw Ministries, and a graduate from the Bible School of Prophecy (“School of The Prophets”) under the tutelage of the teachings of a true Prophet of God, Brother Ray Pringle, Sr. Sister Kimberly is a diligent and dedicated servant of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, laboring daily in the Word of God, helping those in need, and serving as the “faithful right hand person” to her husband Robert. Kimberly has a very big heart for people and is one of the most caring individuals you could ever know, a true Proverbs 31 woman!
