Essential Integrative
Initial consultation
Prior to the initial consultation, consents, invoice, and questionnaires are to be completed. Please fill out the forms and pay the nonrefundable $50 deposit. The deposit will go towards your plan. Labs need to be within the last 6 months. If you have not recently had labs drawn and you choose not to have them drawn with your physician, we will order your labs at your consultation.
Essential Integrative
Medical Assessment
During your initial consultation (20-30 minutes via video) we will review your medical history, discuss your health goals, and do basic nutrition and exercise coaching. Once your labs are reviewed and you have no medical contraindications, we can begin your personalized treatment plan.
Essential Integrative
Treatment Initiation
Start treatment course with medications and supplements as desired. Your package will include treatment and follow-up visits with a board-certified medical professional. You will have access to a provider 24/7. All medications and supplies will be delivered to your home address within 2-3 days. Labs will be collected every 6 months to ensure optimization of your health.
