To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and use the return address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item received).
  4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at bs@southernthermalproviders.com

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 business days of receipt. Provide photos of the damage or defect and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  • You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
