SF Construction & Development is located in Lemont and services all areas of Chicagoland suburbs and Jo Daviess County.  SF Construction & Development evolved over the course of many years.  In the summer of 2001, Steve was unable to keep up with his full-time foreman position for a large masonry company and the growing requests from local custom home builders who needed quality craftmanship for the masonry work on their developments.  This was the beginning of a twenty-one-year career operating a successful family-owned union masonry company, S. Fejedelem & Sons Inc.  What Steve and his wife started as a masonry company that focused on custom homes in the south west suburbs of Chicago.
